An urban oasis redefines downtown.
A compact city block of elegant, mixed-use development was constructed on the prime location across from Pomona's City Hall. Four stories of retail, offices and condomoniums completed Phase I. Phase II balanced an eight story combination of live/work flats, condominiums, rooftop planting, and a parking garage.
Fountains, courtyards, decks and roof gardens provide the amenities necessary for this dense urban environment. Mature Camphor and Oak trees protected on-site added mass and scale to the entryways.
